1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are a new premium subscriber and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your first payment within 7 days of the date that payment was charged. No detailed reason is required. This guarantee applies to your first ChatPSLE Premium subscription only.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Email hello@chatpsle.com from the email address linked to your ChatPSLE account.
- Include the name on the account and the approximate date of payment so we can locate your subscription.
- Approved refunds are processed through Stripe back to your original payment method, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. After the Guarantee Period
ChatPSLE Premium is a recurring subscription that auto-renews until cancelled. Once the 7-day window has passed, payments for that billing period and any subsequent renewals are non-refundable except where required by law.
You can cancel at any time through the in-app billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access to Premium until then.
4. Mistaken or Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation), contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a corrective refund regardless of the 7-day window.
